Fruiting Guarantee

For our gourmet mushroom grow kits, the fruiting guarantee extends to:

  • Lion's Mane 2 months after delivery.
  • Nevada Blue 2 months after delivery.
  • Blue Oyster: 2 months after delivery.
  • Pink Oyster: 1 month after delivery.

Replacements Within the Fruiting Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products, and we are committed to ensuring that you have a successful mushroom cultivation experience. Therefore, we cover the shipping and replacement costs in cases where the following common issues occur during transit or within the fruiting guarantee:

  1. No Fruiting: If you experience issues with your gourmet mushroom grow kit and it fails to produce mushrooms during the fruiting guarantee period, please contact our customer service. We will promptly resolve the issue and send you a replacement kit at no additional cost.

  2. Mold: In the event that mold develops during transit or within the fruiting guarantee, please reach out to our customer service. We will address the issue and send you a replacement kit, ensuring your next attempt is successful.

  3. Humidity During Transit: If your gourmet mushroom grow kit or related products suffer damage due to humidity issues during transit, please get in touch with us. We will work to rectify the situation and provide you with a replacement kit or necessary periphery products.

  4. Transit Issues: If your order is affected by transit issues or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact our customer service team. We will expedite the process to provide you with a replacement or issue a refund, according to your preference. It is important to us that you receive a product in optimal condition and within a reasonable time period.

Non Perishable Items

For our mushroom grow tents and periphery products (Hygrometer, Humidifier, Spray Bottles) the return policy and exchange extends to 30 days after delivery.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Dried and Fresh Mushrooms

Sales on dried and fresh mushrooms are final.

Returns and Exchanges Within the Fruiting Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your gourmet mushroom grow kit or related products for any reason within the fruiting guarantee period, we are here to assist. Simply contact our customer service, and we will guide you through the return or exchange process. You may be entitled to a full refund on the product's purchase price, including the cost of shipping.

Processing time on returns, refunds, and exchanged will be issued within 10 business days of customer contact. Replacements will be fulfilled within 5-10 business days, and shipping can take between 5-10 business days. Expect longer shipping times for Western Canada. In cases deemed necessary, fulfillment may be done as quickly as next day, and the shipping may be expedited.
