Shipping policy

Overview

  • We offer Canada-wide shipping, excluding remote shipping routes.
  • Free Canada-wide standard shipping on orders over 75$ (before tax)
  • All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping usually takes between 5-10 business days. Central Canada can expect shorter shipping times.
  • Expect a total of 10-20 days after receiving the confirmation order, includes shipping and processing times. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For standard flat rate shipping: We offer $10 standard shipping to Canada. 

Free standard shipping for orders over $75 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery. If you have a special request and reside in Montreal Canada, please contact us or email us at vtbn@minimushroomfarms.com

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 118B-3700 Saint-Patrick Street. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 to 48 hours business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10AM to 5PM on Monday to Friday. If you can not pick up the order within these hours, please email us at vtbn@minimushroomfarms.com and your order will be left outside out facilities for you to pick up.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please contact us or email us at vtbn@minimushroomfarms.com for any inquiries regarding international shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us or email us at vtbn@minimushroomfarms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Review P.O box availability at checkout. We can not guarantee shipping availability to all P.O. boxes in Canada.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

At Mini Mushroom Farms, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality gourmet mushroom grow kits, mushroom grow tents, and essential mushroom grow kits to help you embark on your mushroom cultivation journey. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we're here to ensure that your experience with our products is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please review our return policy outlined below.

Fruiting Guarantee

For our gourmet mushroom grow kits, the fruiting guarantee extends to:

  • Lion's Mane 2 months after delivery.
  • Nevada Blue 2 months after delivery.
  • Blue Oyster: 2 months after delivery.
  • Pink Oyster: 1 month after delivery.

Non Perishable Items

For our mushroom grow tents and periphery products, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order including standard shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at vtbn@minimushroomfarms.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
